Charter school authorizers are responsible for oversight and monitoring of each of their charter schools. This session will discuss the following questions:
1. What strategies do authorizers use to build positive relationships with charter school governance boards?
2. How do authorizers ensure the charter schools in their portfolio are diverse in their offerings, but support the mission/vision of the authorizer?
3. What strategies do authorizers use to support charter schools that are not meeting expectations in the charter school contract?
